It was very encouraging to see the truth in all that you have said. I must concur totally, as I and I stand on the side of truth. If you have been following my writings you will also see that I have repeatedly said that there are some who are trying to sell-out Jamaica and its musical culture. They have been trying to change -my created -Reggae- into something else by trying to fuse it with Hip-Hop and Rock and Roll. The Americanization of Jamaica is one part of the puzzle.
By the way- Delroy Wilson grew up behind my yard in Trench Town and went with us the first time we( Original Wailing Wailers) went into coxsone studios. Maybe, if you are desirous we can do a serious interview as to the issues affecting the youths and this music today. Until such time, keep voicing the truths about the state of our music. I Ras Cardo will reserve further truths until such times as you contact me. Respect.
